Apparently, Gerard Kennedy is leaning strongly to running in the leadership as the party renewal candidate.
It will be interesting to see if the 308-riding strategy can lure Kennedy into the race. Like Obama running hard for delegates in Idaho, Kennedy is the candidate most likely to win delegates where the Liberals have been wiped out: rural BC, rural Alberta, Northern Ontario, etc.
