Yeah, there&#8217;s a big margin of error, but it should provide <strike>false<\/strike> faint hope to a few people out there.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.canada.com\/globaltv\/national\/story.html?id=a3de7dbe-ab46-4445-b243-677f9e3c147f\">Ipsos<\/a>, meanwhile, has the Tories up by 10.
