Even though the polls aren&#8217;t moving, the Liberals should be worried. Canadians <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ctv.ca\/servlet\/ArticleNews\/story\/CTVNews\/20051213\/elxn_poll_051213\/20051214?s_name=election2006&#038;no_ads=\">want change<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pollara.ca\/Library\/News\/VolatileEnvironment.html\">the electorate is volatile<\/a>. The Conservatives have laid out their policy for everyone to see, inoculating them against the &#8220;hidden agenda&#8221; attacks. Harper has raised himself to Martin&#8217;s level on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sesresearch.com\/election\/SES%20CPAC%20December%2021%202005E.pdf\">SES poll<\/a>, even if his party still trails. The Conservative and BQ support is seen to be the most &#8220;locked in&#8221;, while 20% of Canadians are undecided and many are willing to change their vote.<\/p>\n<p>Add it all up, and it&#8217;s still too close to call.
