Are they upset because she has never tried a case before? No.  No. Are they upset that she appears to be unqualified? No. Are they upset that this is blatant <a href=\"http:\/\/news.scotsman.com\/international.cfm?id=2039942005\">cronyism<\/a>? (at least in Canada the boss&#8217; employees and friends only go to the Senate, where they can&#8217;t do any real harm)<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re upset because&#8230;well, it&#8217;s difficult to tell why&#8230;the general gist seems to be that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/blog\/2005\/10\/04\/BL2005100400385.html\">she isn&#8217;t conservative enough<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tough times for the President&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The right wing in the US is mighty pissed at George Bush&#8217;s lattest Supreme Court pick.
