Regardless of whether or not that&#8217;s the case, it&#8217;s a safe bet the speculation will be far more sensational than whatever Harper settles on:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hilltimes.com\/news\/news\/2013\/03\/18\/pmo-confirms-harper-plans-%E2%80%98major-changes%E2%80%99-to-cabinet-this-summer\/34047\"><strong>PM expected to shuffle Cabinet this summer, &#8216;major changes,&#8217; PMO confirms<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Prime Minister\u2019s Office confirms Prime Minister Stephen Harper is expected to make \u201cmajor changes\u201d to his Cabinet likely this summer, which insiders say could be a \u201creinvention\u201d exercise and an election-ready Cabinet.
