I\u2019m heading off to the Alberta Liberal Party convention (slogan: \u201cNormal convention price, half the convention content!\u201d) tonight and, since I\u2019ve really been neglecting provincial politics of late, will be sure to post a recap tonight or tomorrow. The Blank Out Times have a series of very good posts on the state of the First Nations People in Canada. You can read them here<\/a>, here<\/a>, here<\/a>, here <\/a>and here<\/a>.<\/p>\n This is all in response to what is happening to the Poundmakers. I must admit I don\u2019t know a lot on the issue, but if you can see what\u2019s going on here <\/a>and here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n -Woah, woah, woah. Don\u2019t tell me the Liberals started to clean up the Sponsorship file before<\/em> \u201cthis Prime Minister\u201d took office<\/a>. That goes against everything I\u2019ve been led to believe by the Merry Martin Mob. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n –Oops<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n -I\u2019m hesitant to put a lot of stock in this since the methodology on questions like this is a bit questionable and, more importantly, it contradicts everything I\u2019ve been saying <\/a>about the CPC roaring to victory if they replaced Harper with Lord or McKay. It\u2019s still very interesting and very bad news for the Conservative Party.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n -Speaking of bad news for the CPC, I really don\u2019t think this <\/a>deserved front page attention, but it certainly won\u2019t help the \u201chidden agenda\u201d talk. And here I thought Belinda would have swiped a copy of the Hidden Agenda from Tory headquarters before she defection \u2013 I guess the secret will remain.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
