Stephen Harper will kick off the day at a family residence in Sidney, B.C. to sell \u2018Stephen Harper\u2019s Family Tax Cut,\u2019 a pledge that aims to snag votes from the middle class and from new families.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mind you, that should probably read &#8220;woo parents with children under <em>13<\/em>&#8220;. Because it&#8217;s going to be at least 5 years until this is actually implemented: <\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">The Tory camp says the tax cut will not be applied until the deficit is eliminated, which is not expected to happen until 2015-2016.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So a tax cut 5 years in the future?
