This nagging case of Jaffergis has become more annoying than a cold you can&#8217;t shake, but for those interested, the latest is that the Tories <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ctv.ca\/servlet\/ArticleNews\/story\/CTVNews\/20100424\/guergis_riding_100424\/20100424?hub=TopStoriesV2\">don&#8217;t want her to run again<\/a>. Gee, <em>you think<\/em>?<\/p>\n<p>3. <a href=\"http:\/\/daveberta.ca\/?p=2507\">Daveberta<\/a> recaps the spring session of the Alberta legislature now that school is out for the summer.<\/p>\n<p>4. Je suis un peu tard to the party on this one, but I firmly disagree with Ignatieff&#8217;s decision to support <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ctv.ca\/servlet\/ArticleNews\/story\/CTVNews\/20100423\/bilingual_court_100423\/20100423\">the private members bill<\/a> requiring Supreme Court Judges to be bilingual in English and French. Since the bill has passed third reading in the House, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theglobeandmail.com\/news\/politics\/silver-powers\/senate-to-save-supreme-court\/article1546075\/?cmpid=rss1\">Rob Silver <\/a>raises the delicious possibility of Harper calling on the unelected and undemocratic senate to kill it.<\/p>\n<p>5. Over at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.puckprob.com\/\">PuckProb<\/a>, I&#8217;ve updated the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.puckprob.com\/cup-prob\/\">playoff probabilities<\/a> and have a post up on the odds of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.puckprob.com\/2010\/04\/in-a-hole-part-2\/\">coming back<\/a> from a 3-1 series deficit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
