Whether or not Hillary acknowledges that <a href=\"http:\/\/ap.google.com\/article\/ALeqM5g-qGLDs-gAnZiUXD2NU51ry3j3dwD912NTO80\">remains<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.washingtonpost.com\/the-trail\/2008\/06\/03\/clinton_denies_plans_to_conced.html\">to<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/apps\/news?pid=20601087&amp;sid=axtGJqUxd2.c&amp;refer=home\">be<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/newsOne\/idUSN0336784020080603\">seen<\/a>. I\u2019ll have updates here throughout the evening as the results roll in and the speeches are made.<\/p>\n<p>One expects talk will now turn towards finding a vice-presidential nominee for <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_1\">Obama<\/span> (and McCain of course). While conventional wisdom would tell him to stay the hell away from her, there is an argument to be made for <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_2\">Obama<\/span> choosing Hillary, simply to ensure the party stays united.<\/p>\n<p>One imagines there will also be a lot of buzz around high profile names like Edwards, Richardson, and Clark. But it might very well be a sleeper like Evan <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_3\">Bayh<\/span>, Brian Schweitzer, or Kathleen <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_4\">Sebelius<\/span> who gets the prize. Or any of the other hundred or so names I\u2019<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_5\">ve<\/span> <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_6\">failled<\/span> to mention.<\/p>\n<p>Select Smart has a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.selectsmart.com\/demovp08\/2008.html\">fun quiz <\/a>where you fill out the VP\u2019s bio and they suggest the names \u2013 I put myself into <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_7\">Obama<\/span>\u2019s shoes, and they recommended <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/stories\/2008\/05\/30\/opinion\/main4138703.shtml\">Jim Webb<\/a> based on my criteria.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>UPDATE:<\/em><\/strong> 10 to go&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>UPDATE:<\/em><\/strong> &#8230;9&#8230;8&#8230;7&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>UPDATE:<\/em><\/strong> &#8230;6&#8230;5&#8230;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2008\/POLITICS\/06\/03\/election.superdelegates\/index.html\">4<\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;YES HE DID&#8221; UPDATE: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2008\/POLITICS\/06\/03\/election.democrats\/index.html\">CNN projects it<\/a>. Hillary says no decision tonight.<\/p>\n<p>Obama: &#8220;I will be the democratic party nominee&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A great final 2 minutes to Obama&#8217;s speech.
