What I will do, is offer the following bit of advice to Dwight Duncan, in light of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theglobeandmail.com\/servlet\/story\/RTGAM.20080325.wontbudget0325\/BNStory\/National\/home?cid=al_gam_mostview\">this<\/a>:<\/p>\n<div><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">Ontario Treasurer Dwight Duncan, who sported a new Ontario-made <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_0\">BlackBerry<\/span> instead of the customary pair of new shoes Tuesday<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Dude &#8211; you <em>always <\/em>buy new shoes. That&#8217;s the budget tradition.
