Here&#8217;s the average of the <a href=\"http:\/\/cnews.canoe.ca\/CNEWS\/Canada\/2007\/10\/03\/4546974-cp.html\"><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_0\">Decima<\/span><\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canada.com\/topics\/news\/politics\/story.html?id=5aa24bc5-5294-4411-b604-e7e361dafab2&amp;k=71898\"><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_1\">Ipsos<\/span><\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ca.today.reuters.com\/news\/newsArticle.aspx?type=domesticNews&amp;storyID=2007-11-15T033234Z_01_N14243547_RTRIDST_0_CANADA-POLITICS-POLL-COL.XML\"><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_2\">SES<\/span><\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theglobeandmail.com\/servlet\/story\/LAC.20071113.POLL13\/TPStory\/TPNational\/Politics\/\">SC <\/a>numbers that have been published over the past seven days:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_3\">CPC<\/span> 35.75<br \/>Lib 30.75<br \/><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_4\">NDP<\/span> 17.25<br \/>Green 9.5<br \/><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_5\">BQ<\/span> 8.5<\/p>\n<p>In other words, we&#8217;re right back to where we were last election. <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_6\">Tax cuts<\/span> may push the Tories up a bit and Mulroney may drag them down but, <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_7\">apart<\/span> from some troubles for the Bloc in Quebec, there doesn&#8217;t seem to be any sort of major shift in the lay of the land.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The poll numbers seem a bit all over the place over the past week, with the Tory lead ranging from 14 points to&#8230;zero.
