As things sit now, it&#8217;s Robarts crowning Harris on the final ballot, but any of the three could win &#8211; be sure to get out and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.demochoice.org\/dcballot.php?norot=on&amp;poll=Ontario\">vote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Contrary to the island tradition, voter turn-out in <strong>PEI<\/strong> has been incredibly low. So I encourage everyone to <a href=\"http:\/\/markgreenan.blogspot.com\/\">go, check out the bios, and cast your vote <\/a>&#8211; one vote probably <em>will <\/em>make the difference in this one.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mikepowell.ca\/general\/2007\/07\/23\/best-premier-ever-nova-scotia-edition\/\"><strong>Nova Scotia<\/strong><\/a>, it&#8217;s Stanfield over Angus Maclean by <em>one vote <\/em>on the final ballot.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dustmybroom.com\/?p=7188\"><strong>Alberta<\/strong><\/a>, Peter Lougheed has moved from third to first while, despite the best efforts of the Stelmach Cabinet, Harry Strom has only mustered 9 votes so far.<\/p>\n<p>WAC Bennett is currently the 7th ballot winner out in <a href=\"http:\/\/robedger.blogspot.com\/2007\/07\/british-columbias-best-premier-vote.html\"><strong>BC<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Newfoundland<\/strong> is also looking like a <a href=\"http:\/\/wildrosecitygrit.blogspot.com\/\">close race<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Manitoba<\/strong>, it&#8217;s an <a href=\"http:\/\/endlessspin.blogspot.com\/2007\/07\/dipper-vs-dipper.html\">all-NDP final <\/a>of Ed Schreyer vs Gary Doer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/devliegerd.blogspot.com\/2007\/07\/canadas-greatest-premier-saskatchewan.html\"><strong>Saskatchewan<\/strong> <\/a>is a fait acomplit as Tories from coast to coast decided to remind everyone of Grant Devine on the eve of a Saskatchewan provincial election.<\/p>\n<p>And the first winner has been crowned. <a href=\"http:\/\/nbpolitico.blogspot.com\/2007\/07\/and-winner-is.html\">Louis Robichaud <\/a>has emerged as <strong>New Brunswick&#8217;s<\/strong> Greatest Premier after a first ballot win.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Most of the first round Greatest Premier voting should be done by weekend&#8217;s end, and a few interesting races have developed.
